Terms and cancellation

Proposed terms (business manual v2 §5), under legal review. Swiss law applies; venue Glarus.

Booking and payment

Online bookings are confirmed with full payment in CHF by card. Agency and direct bookings by invoice: 50% at booking, 50% up to 7 days before the tour. You receive confirmation, receipt and a contract by e-mail.

Cancellation

• Up to 30 days before: full refund.
• Between 30 and 7 days before: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before, or no-show: no refund.
• Date change: free once, up to 7 days before, subject to availability.

Weather and closed attractions

Bad weather or a closed attraction is not a cancellation: the plan B on the tour page applies, at no extra cost.

If we fail

If we cannot run the tour (illness, vehicle), you get a full refund — or, if you prefer, 110% credit for a future date.

Duration, tickets, children

The booked time starts at hotel pickup. Tickets, meals and optional activities are paid by you. Under 150 cm and 12 years, Swiss law requires a child seat — we provide it, tell us the ages. No smoking, vaping or alcohol in the car. No animals.
