Before you book
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle, always — and we show the per-traveller maths next to it. A couple pays the Genesis; a family of six pays the van and divides by six.
Are tickets included?
No, on purpose: cable cars and mountain trains cost from CHF 5 to CHF 230 per person and would change the price of the day with the group. We send the links and you buy before, knowing exactly what each one costs.
What if the mountain is closed?
Every tour has a written plan B on its page. It is not a cancellation: it is another good day in the same region, at no extra cost.
How do I pay?
Online, in CHF, by card, at booking. You receive confirmation, receipt and contract by e-mail.
Can I cancel?
Up to 30 days before: full refund. Between 30 and 7 days: 50%. Less than 7 days: no refund. Date change: free once, up to 7 days before, subject to availability.
Do you accompany us outside the car?
Yes. Leandro takes the cable car, walks the village and stays at the viewpoint with you. That is what driver-guide means.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, at no cost — tell us the ages when booking. Swiss law requires a seat under 150 cm and 12 years.
